4.2 During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

5.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. nustargame.c will never request a Player's password through any channel — any communication claiming to require your password should be treated as fraudulent.
5.2 Players must notify nustargame.c immediately at if they have reason to believe their Account has been accessed without authorisation. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
5.3 The Operator shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain credential security, including losses resulting from shared passwords or access from shared devices.
5.4 Sessions on nustargame.c will automatically time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Players are advised to log out fully after each session, particularly when accessing from shared or public devices.
6.1 Deposits into a nustargame.c Account may only be made by the registered account holder using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
6.2 Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
6.3 Processing times vary by method. E-wallet deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 10–60 minutes depending on the bank's processing times and daily cutoff schedules. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are credited within 30–60 minutes of transaction completion.
6.4 nustargame.c does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Players should verify that their payment provider does not apply outgoing transfer fees at the source.
6.5 All deposit transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. The Operator reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds where the amount or pattern of transactions warrants such a request.
6.6 Standard accounts carry a daily deposit limit of ₱50,000. Higher-tier verified accounts may have elevated limits as specified in the account tier schedule. Players may also voluntarily set lower personal deposit limits through their account settings.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the nustargame.c Account. The Operator will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.3 Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player's KYC verification must be complete and satisfactory. Requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending KYC completion.

7.5 The Operator reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending verification of account identity, source of funds, or in circumstances where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected. Players subject to such review will be notified within a reasonable period.
7.6 Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds in circumvention of wagering requirements constitutes a breach of these Terms.
8.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through nustargame.c — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards — are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified at the time the promotion is communicated.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply to all nustargame.c promotions:

9.1 All games available on nustargame.c operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment in licensed studio environments. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness compliance.

10.2 A material breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

11.3 Cooling-Off Period: Players may elect a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via account settings. During this period, the account is restricted to non-gaming activity only and no promotional communications will be sent.
11.4 Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting . Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and remains in effect for a minimum of 6 months. Reinstatement following a self-exclusion period requires a direct written request and a mandatory 7-day waiting period.

12.1 The Operator may at any time — with or without prior notice — suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of applicable deductions for breach-related forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Accounts under active investigation may be placed on restricted status rather than fully closed pending resolution.
13.1 All content on nustargame.c — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, game content, software, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive property of the Operator or is licensed to the Operator by third-party providers. All rights are reserved.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792).
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, nustargame.c will provide notice via email to the registered address on file and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform.
16.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Players should review the Terms periodically. Continued use of nustargame.c following any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.3 If a Player does not agree to an amendment, they must cease using nustargame.c and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
